These Terms of Service govern your use of u3deals.com and any purchases made through our store. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

4. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at info@u3deals.co.uk. You'll need to return the item in its original condition, and you're responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days, using your original payment method.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll arrange a replacement, refund, or repair in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Product Descriptions

We try to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but occasional errors may occur. We're not liable for minor variations between product images and the item received.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, U3 Deals is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
