Thank you for shopping with U3 Deals. Here's what to expect once you place an order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking (where available) once it's on its way.
2. Delivery Times
- UK Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (where offered)
- International Delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on destination
These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occasionally occur with couriers or customs.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any free shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email where available, so you can follow your delivery's progress.
5. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
6. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@u3deals.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We aren't able to guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
